Mentoring Program

About the Program

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM PROCESS

The Mentorship Program is a 8-Month Commitment for interested students to work with a skilled business professional who serves as a Mentor.

  • Our goal is to guide youth in the early stages of their career journey, helping them refine their skills and develop soft skills for success.
  • We aim to connect high school students with industry leaders to enhance critical skills and help them confidently pursue suitable career paths or educational goals.
  • The program offers job shadowing opportunities and connects students with educational pathways to achieve their aspirations.
